Teckles is a small independent charity in Whitminster which cares for and rehabilitates homeless cats and dogs. Each year they aim to support around 250 cats and 150 dogs. Teckles also operates a boarding facility which helps fund the rescue centre

On 7 February 6 young ladies competed in a Rotary Young Chef Competition. In 2 hours, they prepared 3 course meals which were judged by 2 professional chefs. The winner, who cooked a Mexican themed delight, will be go to the next round

Our annual carol service will take place as usual at St Bartholomew’s Church on Chosen Hill, Churchdown. The service will start at 7 pm and last for about 45 minutes and be followed by mulled wine and mince pies. All are welcome
