In accordance with Rotary GB&I standard by-laws, I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on 15 May 2019 at the Thornhill Inn, Thornhill.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:
1. To receive 2018/19 annual reports from the council and committees of the club.
2. To receive the Treasurer’s 2018/2019 report and 2019/20 budget.
3. To consider the committee structure change proposed at the 17 April business meeting.
4. To select/appoint 2019/20 committee conveners.
5. To appoint a person to examine the club’s annual accounts.
6. Any other competent business.
