Picnic and Concert at Gawsworth Hall

An afternoon picnic followed by the show at 7:30pm . Timings for arrival and picnic will be notified later.
The social event will be a Picnic in the park at Gawsworth Hall, Macclesfield on SATURDAY, 3RD AUGUST, followed by a live show A Night at the Musicals. Alan Brown has reserved 30 tickets for this event at £25 per head which must be paid for by the middle of May.
The Picnic will be an extra cost of around £10- £12 per head payable on the day
Bring your own Chairs and Drinks
Please let Alan have your names ASAP as it will be on a first come first served basis.
It will be run on Rotarians first refusal before inviting guests. to be fair to Club members.
More exact timings for arrival .picnic etc will be notified nearer the date.
