Every year the annual Rotary Extravaganza has raised money to benefit not only our own charities, but also to enable other charities to raise funds.
The Rotary Club of Edgbaston Convention has been running a Charity Music Extravaganza at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2019. However the Gardens no longer feel this event fits their profile and so we are looking for an alternative venue to hold a silmilar style of event, but maybe indoors. Watch this space!
The aim of this event is to establish an environment that would enable other charitable organisations, including other and Rotary charities, to raise funds to support their work.
The event had always been extremely successful and around 3,000 people have attended each year.
We welcome applications from any charity that would like publicity and the chance to fundraise from a stall for a charity objective that we share. All the charity needs to do is find its volunteers.
