Retired Fraud Protection Officer Richard Kubon spent 30 years working in the fraud squad for Derbyshire Constabulary. So he knows a scam when he sees one. He'll be sharing ideas and tips to help you stay safe in both the online and the physical world.

Can you tell the difference between an email or phone call from your bank and one from someone pretending to be from your bank? Or maybe you're concerned about the 'helpful' people who knock on your door offering to 'fix' your roof or 'inspect' your gas/water/electricity supply?
