A new bleed control kit will soon be installed in the Silverhill area of Hastings. Working with Carl Scott who introduced the kits to Hastings through his Project Youth, the Rotary Clubs of Senlac and St Leonards have bought another kit which is designed to prevent people from bleeding to death while paramedics race to the scene. The kits are designed to be used by the public in an emergency and instructions on how to use the contents are in the pack.
