The Finals take place at the Bentley Hotel, South Hykeham Lincoln

The timetable for the day is as follows:

From 12noon     Arrival and setting up of displays (If you wish to set up a display about your company you are welcome to do so) 

Environmental Award Presentations

13:00                     Introduction

13:10                     Five presentations by finalists

                                15 minutes allowed for each, presentations of 8 minutes

14:25                     Break - tea/coffee

14:40                     Four presentations by finalists

15:40                     Judges retire to decide

19:00                     Pre-dinner reception

19:30                     Dinner commences
