Paul Geldart of the Daventry Diabetes Group and two of his colleagues, will be coming along to talk and give a practical demonstration regarding their "Know your Risk" Initiative.

Daventry Diabettes Group

The Diabetes UK Daventry and District group is one of over 350 voluntary groups situated throughout the UK.

Our goal is to provide support and educate people living with diabetes, as well as their family, friends and anyone else who is interested in knowing more about diabetes.

We encourage those interested to attend our group meetings which are a welcoming and social environment for people to discuss diabetes and its effects. Support and companionship are some of the simplest yet most important aspects of living with diabetes - this is why our group exists and we want to help in any way that we can.

Group Meetings

Daventry & District Area Group hold regular monthly meetings in the Seminar Room at:

Danetre Hospital, London Rd, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 4DY On the second Monday of the month at 7.30pm from March to June and again from September to December in 2019

We welcome all those with diabetes, their friends and anyone else interested in aspects of diabetes care

Youth

Every year Danetre Rotary take a party of children from the local senior schools to Wickstead Park as part of the Kids Out Day.

The Rotary Club of Danetre Daventry is proud to focus on the Youth of Daventry this page shows the range of events we have arranged.
