Invitation Poster.

This Annual Event is a highlight in the Club Calender - this year we were at atmospheric Madingley Hall.

We really enjoyed the lovely historic surroundings coupled with a tasty menu. The musical duo Cats Whiskers performed music from the 60's and 70's that had everyone humming along and by the end of the evening most people were on their feet.

We were delighted to welcome the DG David Simpson (East Anglia) who congratulated us on our Clubs achievements and praised our openness to new ideas with an eye to the future.

The Club surprised two of our members who have given years of time and effort to club life and activities. Congratulations to Terry for his 35 years of membership and John Williams for his Paul Harris Fellowship, both very well earned !

Flowers also went to Frances Watts for all her support for James this year and to Ann Dover for all her support especially with the production of the Club History Booklet (recently compiled by David Adamson) that includes irreplacable interviews from our Honorary and past early Members.
