Planting the Rotary Wheel

Planting the Rotary Wheel in bulbs at Stratford Park, Stroud

When we went on an exchange visit to the St Ingbert Rotary Club in Germany, we helped them plant an area in their town with spring bulbs. The centrepiece was a Rotary Wheel planted with crocus and scilla. We were presented with a template and a bag of bulbs, and given the challenge of planting a Rotary Wheel in Stroud.

Eventually we found a site in Stratford Park, and on 11th December a group of four Rotarians planted the Wheel.
