Paul Harris started Rotary in 1005. In his honor, individual Rotary clubs including ourselves choose a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) who meets high professional and personal standards set by the founder. The Fellow is often honored at a fundraising or special dinner and receives a special certificate, a lapel pin, and a medallion on a blue-and-gold ribbon
Making someone a PHF is the higest award a club can make.
Our club accrues credits through its donations to the Rotary charity " "Foundation" When our donations reach $1,000 of giving to the Annual Programs Fund, PolioPlus, or the Humanitarian Grants Program we receive a credit to be able to issue one Paul Harris Fellowship.
