Funding Appeals

If you would like to be considered for funding from our Community Award Scheme, please download and complete an application form in Word or pdf format.  

We will consider 2 types of application: 

• If you’re applying on behalf of a community group/organisation or other local charity, please use this form (in Word or pdf).
   
• If you’re an individual applying for a contribution to a personal project, please use this form (in Word or pdf).
