Sandwich Board carried through Burton
Our major fundraising event
The Sandwichboard March accompanied by musicians - took place on 31st March 2012, with walkers starting from the Octagon car park at one end and from the cinema car park at the opposite side of town.
The 2 parades crossed in the centre of town and when they reached the opposite end of the route they turned around and paraded back through town. It would have been very difficult for shoppers to miss this colourful display of Sandwich Boards advertising local businesses.
This year's 'March' was the most succesful ever held and we are extremely grateful to the 200 local businesses that have supported us.
