The eradication of Polio remains as our number 1 priority and we are close to removing this vile disease from the face of our planet. We also support the provision of clean water and adequate sanitation, medical care to areas that would not normally benefit from the services of a Doctor through the Rotary Doctors Scheme. We also suport our partners 'Mercy Ships' as they bring their expertise to remote coastal areas.
The Rotary Foundation Peace Studies Programme was the first of its kind in the world, offering scholarships to students who wish to obtain a Masters level Degree to equip them to have a greater understanding of Conflict Resolution and Peace Negotiation techniques.
