2 July 2014 - Chiltern Youth Project
Following the induction of Bruno Kilshaw as President for the year 2014/15 the Club received a presentation on the work of the Chiltern Youth Project from Amelia Godden, its paid youth worker, and Jack Gocher, a volunteer.
They work with a strong team of volunteers, mostly aged under 18, to organise events for young persons in Amersham and in doing so have helped to reduce anti-social behaviour on our streets.
The vision of the CYP is to help the young to reach their full potential by involving them in activities, talks, fun and prayer. The club were told how the various group activities were organised.
A summer team has been organised to arrange events during the holidays and to connect with young people in their own environment. This will be aimed mainly at those who don
