Cricket Match v Boconnoc Friendly XI (rescheduled from 23rd June)

Enjoy a friendly summer evening cricket match against a kindly Boconnoc team who will, for sure, take pity on a  motly team of unfit, uncoordinated, undisciplined, untrained, unsightly, underperforming Rotarians!

Team of 11 required, but non playing-support would be nice!

All playing standards will be considered for selection,
but the ability to stand at the crease for more than one ball would be an advantage,
as would the ability to throw a ball at least 22 yards
(but we don't expect many of you to be able to do both).

A barbecue and bar will be open during the game for non-players, and afterwards for the players
(but possibly during the match if we need to steady our nerve).

Dress code: Ideally cricket whites, but if not available, any comfortable sporting clothing will do.

Venue and Date: Boconnoc Cricket Club on Tuesday 21^st July 2015, meeting at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start.

Format: 20-over match with batsmen retiring at 25.
