Satellite Club

The satellite club is for anyone who enjoys meeting new people and getting involved in giving something back to the community - both locally and internationally.

Our New Rotary Satellite Club was launched on 16 November 2016 with 9 members.  A great evening and congratulations to David Mills for all his efforts in getting it going.  There is clearly a lot of enthusiasm and youthful energy among the new members and the satellite club brings the first lady members into our club.  Martin Brocklebank, District Membership Chair and Peter Harris, Acting Assistant Governor attended the launch meeting.  This initiative offers great potential for increasing the activity and reach of our club.  The satellite members are able to attend all our social events and any of our meetings if they wish.

As a satellite Club member you will automatically become part of the global Rotary organisation with its 1.2m members.

You would be linked with sponsoring club King's Lynn Priory Rotary Club, and could help with your projects and vice versa, opening up a new social life for you and your family.

But you would not have to make the degree of commitment in terms of cost, time and formalities which is expected in a normal Rotary club.

Interested?  We plan an informal lunch in the next few months.  Please e-mail David Mills by clicking on the contact link above and he will contact you with the launch date, time and place.
