This twilight event is part of the 3 days of activities organised in 8 local Sixth Forms.
OPEN TO MEMBERS, FRIENDS, GUESTS AND THE PUBLIC
- meet in the Grand Hall of the Leys School - entrance from Fen Causeway - look out for our Rotary Banners and signs.
The 3 Debate Topics and Teams will be -
1. Stephen Perse to propose and The Leys to oppose.
This house believes that the UK by leaving the EU will contribute positively to lasting world peace.
2. Hills Road to propose and Parkside to oppose.
This house believes that unmanned armed conflict is a recipe for disaster
3. IVC to propose and Comberton VC to oppose.
This house believes that armed intervention in another country may have good intentions but never creates a formula for future peace.
Our three experienced Judges will be Jen Little, Sian Nash and Sandy Fong.
Plenty of Parking on site and free refreshments available.

Huge Thanks to the Leys School for allowing us to use their beautiful Conference Facilities.
Afterwards a meal has been booked for club and guests at the Royal Cambridge Hotel - now starting at 8pm. (Book in with Terry Gardner).
