Funds raised at the Hartl;ey Wintney Pram Races donated to Naomi House & Jacks Place

The organisers of the Hartley Wintney Pram Races were guests of Naomi House on 4thNovember, in gratitude for the funds raised at the event, back in September.  The photographs attached show a cheque for £1400 being presented to Paul Morgan, who is head of fund-raising at Naomi House, by Stuart Bass, President of the Rotary Club of Hart. Stuart was accompanied by fellow Rotarians, Steve Lloyd, and Betty and Geoff Key. Also present were fellow organisers, Patrick Neely from St. John’s church and Nick Russell of Friends of Hartley Wintney.

“Being shown the facilities at Naomi House and Jack’s Place at first hand, has been a hugely uplifting experience”, said Stuart. “The calm and happy atmosphere does huge credit to the volunteers, who work so hard, to provide the best for their patients”.

NB Naomi House and Jack’s Place, at Sutton Scotney, provide support to children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, from across Central and Southern England. https://www.naomihouse.org.uk
