You don't have to select your courses now as they will take your order on the night. It's just for information.
Dress - isn't a formal night so smart and casual.
Time - 7:30 for 8:00
Starters
Soup of the day ( made from local produce )
Smoked salmon & chive cream roulade, pea shoots, horseradish relish, tomato salsa.
Fresh fruit platter, lemon sorbet, mulled wine coulis.

Main Courses
Pan-fried sea bass, charred baby fennel,
bacon mash, pea purée, white wine beurre blanc
Grilled medallions of beef, celeriac dauphinoise,
Portobello mushrooms, confit plum tomato, peppercorn sauce.
Crown of rolled Cheshire turkey, chestnut stuffing,
Pigs in blankets, turkey fritter, cranberry jus.
