Rotary Christmas Dinner

Fri, Dec 15th 2017 at 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Christmas Party / Dinner will be at the Portal Hall Burghclere

It will be a 7 for a 7:30 pm start for a sit down 3 course buffet. Carriages at 11 pm.

Music is by the locally famous ROKKITS.

Featuring:

Rich Summersby - Vocals and Rhythm Guitar.

Herb Payne - Lead guitar

Marg Payne - Vocals

Phil Moore - Bass Guitar

Dave Green - Drums.

Richard's band plays 60's and other popular music at a volume that we decide suits the occasion. He is very entertaining and the vocalist Marge Payne is very good.

Dress code:

Smart casual, flares, Elvis look alike, DJ's if you wish or even Santa Suits - feel free!

The price will be £25. This will replace the Monday meeting on the 18th of December for which most Rotarians will already have paid so the price for most of us will be an extra £10 plus £25 for each guest.

The buffet will be provided by Sally who we know puts on a delicious spread. The main course will be a cold meat buffet but with hot minted potatoes and garlic bread.
