Lairg RotaKids Gain Charter

After 3 months of good work within their community and thanks to their support of local and international charity work, Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland have officially chartered the Lairg Primary Rotakids club.  In handing over the certificate the area Youth Officer for Rotary, Alistair Risk, spoke of the members determination to deliver help and understanding to all within their community and to be a good example of and to young people across Sutherland.   The importance of always respecting others is part of the ethos of the club.

The Rotakids ( Rotary for Primary School Ages) is growing fast in Sutherland with 6 clubs up and running and 2 more to be formed before Easter which will see Rotakids in every school from Lairg to Helmsdale, Bonar Bridge and Edderton.
