Mentoring Our Youth Leaders

Rotary's annual competition to find outstanding young people, whose prize will be a trip featuring visits to Leinster House, Stormont, and the European Parliament in Strasbourg, where they will have the opportunity to debate with European peers.

Our 2019 Youth Leadership Finalists

Youth Leadership Development Competition

This competition is one of our longest running youth projects and it rewards young people with clear leadership potential based on their extra-curricular activities. The format of the competition was reviewed recently.  Winners visit Belfast and meet with local politicians and business leaders, then travel to Dublin for further meetings with leaders and then the highlight of the trip will be to debate a variety of motions in the European Parliament in Strasbourg at Euroscola.
