Polio immunisation

Polio immunization in India

Rotary’s number one humanitarian service goal is to totally eradicate polio from the world. After three decades, Rotary is on the brink of ending polio now and forever.

Despite there only being a handful of cases left in the world, continued campaigning, health worker training and vaccination programmes are essential to stop the disease returning and ensuring the world is certified polio-free.

Rotary members from Easthampstead have worked hard to support the End Polio now campaign.
