The Regional Final ( The 4 Scottish District and District 1030) of Young Chef was held at South Lanarkshire College on Saturday 2nd March 2019.

Our representative, Amy Ashton, The High School of Glasgow, who was Runner up in our District 1230 Final, WON  and will now represent our Region/District and Club, in the Great Britain & Ireland Final to be held in Leeds City College on Saturday 27 April.

This is the second time in three years that a pupil of the HSOG has represented our Club in the National Final.  You may recollect that Tabitha Steven won the National Final in 2017.

There were 8 competitors from the 4 Districts and Amy at 12 years of age may have been one of the youngest.

Amy is pictured receiving her trophy from District Governor, Jim Ross.
