Special General Meeting

Rotary club of Stirling meeting of 22nd November.

President Sandy Farquharson welcomed members to a Special General Meeting of the club.  Our next evening meeting will be on Thursday 5th December when our speaker will be Alan Smith MEP, who will talk about his experiences at the European parliament. President Sandy has delivered our donation to the William Simpson home, to be used towards the cost of providing evening entertainment for the residents.

Election of office bearers for the year beginning 1st July 2020. Alan Bradshaw was confirmed as President, and Edmond Mansion will continue as hon treasurer, as will Alan Rankin in the post of hon secretary.

At our next meeting on Friday 29th November the speaker's host will be Peter Mehta, visitor's host Edmond Mansion.
