Award of Honorary Membership

Thu, Aug 6th 2020 at 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Past president Andrew Suddon is made an Honorary Member of the Hawick Club

At its meeting on August 6th 2020, the members of Hawick Rotary Club agreed to bestow the status of Honorary Member on Andrew Suddon.

Andy has been a Rotarian for forty years, firstly at South Queensferry Club but for the past thirty years at Hawick. He was President in 1995-96.

In recent years, Andy's mobility has been restricted but he has retained his interest in Rotary and the Club would want to recognise the service he has given and to maintain the connection.

We extend our very best wishes to Andy and to his wife Vera, with the hope that the health of each of them might improve quickly.
