Each Club Member is Challenged to choose an activity to do throughout December - all to raise funds to donate to our chosen charities.

We need your help to replace these much needed funds so we can again support these excellent good causes in the work they do in our community. You can help in the following ways:

v  Jimmy’s Night Shelter

v  The Arthur Rank Hospice

CHALLENGES OFFERED SO FAR :

•         Colin Brown to walk 50 miles in 5 days

•         Bob & Annabelle Sadler to take on the 46 mile Peddars Way walk over 3 days

•         Louise & David to walk 40 miles during the weekends in December when we would be usually car-parking

•         John Helmsing undertaking to walk 50 miles

•         Alan & Pat Edwards are going to litter pick in the South Cambridge area every weekday for 2 hours until Christmas Eve

•         Sue & Mike Smith will walk 40 miles in December

•         Roger Webster will undertake a virtual walk the the Emirates Stadium (60 miles)

•         Paul Dover is going to cycle 100 miles in two days

•         Sian Franklin is undertaking to complete “100 things before Christmas”

•         Alan Franklin is spending 1 hour a day helping a vulnerable neighbour

•         Amber Slamaite will do a 1,000 exercise burpees

•         The most exotic challenge is a 4 hour walk round the Whole of the Forbidden City in Beijing on a freezing Christmas Morning.
