1066 Specials

Senlac Rotary joined forces with the Rotary Club of Bexhill, Bexhill Lions and Hastings Direct to buy new equipment for the 1066 Specials, an all-inclusive football club based in Bexhill. Senlac Rotary bought new jackets for the juniors, Bexhill Rotary new jackets for the seniors and Bexhill Lions with Hastings Direct new footballs. President and founder of the 1066 Specials, Harold Lawrence thanked the sponsors at a training session at Bexhill College on Saturday 29th May when the new equipment was on display.

The 1066 Specials described as “The most inspirational and aspiring football club in Sussex” have been very successful since they were founded nearly 20 years ago and have won a number of trophies. More information about the club can be found at http://www.1066specials.org.uk/.
