Rotary Club Meeting

At 12.30 or shortly after we will hold the 2021 Special General Meeting of our Club. This will be followed by lunch at 1pm


We are obliged by the standard constitution of Rotary Clubs in GBI to hold a Special General Meeting of the Club prior to 31st December each year for the purpose of

(i) receiving and approving the examined annual accounts for the year ended 30th June.

(ii) electing by ballot of the members the President for the next year and the next year but one.

(iii) electing the vice-presidents, secretary and treasurer for the next Rotary year.

(iv) electing one voting delegate (and substitute) to vote at the ensuing Annual Conference of the Association, and one additional delegate (and substitute) for every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members.
