Bob Frisby and Vernon Goulding, on behalf of Epsom Rotary, again took a party of 21 Young Carers [8-10 years old] plus 2 volunteer helpers to see Beauty & The Beast at Epsom Playhouse.
The day started with a buffet lunch in a room kindly provided free by Epsom Playhouse and the buffet was provided by  volunteers from the Young Carers charity. The group then went into the theatre and were seated in the front row.

They were all delighted that the ‘Rotary Party of Young Carers’ got a mention from the stage and a clap from the audience. Ice creams were provided during the interval.

After the Pantomime they all went back into the room provided where Father Christmas was waiting to distribute presents to all the youngsters.

Both Bob and Vernon agree that it is a pleasure taking the Young Carers to the Pantomime. The look on their faces made it all worthwhile.
