We will have live entertainment, children's rides and activities, stalls selling everything from plants to pots of jam, charity and local organisations promoting their activities and of course a food court and bar to keep you going.
The show is organised by Pinner Rotary as a service to the local community and as a charity fund raiser. Our main source of fundraising comes from the sale of programmes, programme advertising and donations.

We welcome all enquiries about having a stall at the show, we can accomodate approximately 40 stalls in the main area and a limited number of stalls in the Food Court.
For stalls in the main stall area (waiting list only):
Before making an application please read the Terms and Conditions, they include important information about show times, pitch sizes and cost.
Your application will be acknowledged by email. If the application is acceptable you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions.
For stalls in the Food Court (waiting list only):
If you wish to enquire about a stall in the Food Court area, selling food and drinks to be consumed at the show, please contact the organisers through our contact page.
