Council at 18.30pm
Election of Officers for 23/24 and presentation of accounts
- Elect the Club President Elect for the coming year;
- Elect the Treasurer and Secretary for the coming year;
- Elect the voting delegates and deputies for the Rotary GB&I annual business meeting (Voting Delegates for the ABM can join the meeting and vote on-line provided they have been registered by the Club);
- Approve the Club’s audited/independently examined accounts for the previous year. Provide a Certificate to the District Treasurer signed by the President that the accounts have been properly prepared and examined.
