 Overnight braised brisket with mashed potato, Yorkshire pudding and Bourguignon sauce, pot roasted carrot and braised peas (gluten free without Yorkshire Pudding 

Smoked salmon ravioli with white wine cream sauce and samphire topped with balsamic dressed rocket and toasted garlic and rosemary focaccia bread  

Vegetable Risotto topped with balsamic dressed rocket and toasted garlic and rosemary focaccia bread suitable for vegetarians (can be made vegan)  

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice cream (vegan and gluten free available)

Fresh Fruit Salad with a light sugar syrup and refreshing sorbet (vegan and gluten free)

Orange cake with lemon sorbet and lemon syrup (vegan and gluten free)
