2023 Charity Golf Tournament

2023 Charity Golf Tournament in aid of Highland Hospice and Rotary causes was held on 18th May 2023

Following a very successfull event, run by the Club and Grantown Highland Hospice Fund Raisers, club president Stewart McNeish handed over a cheque for £1,556 to the Highland Hospice fundraisers at Grantown Golf Club.

This years event raised more than £3,000 which was split between Highland Hospice and Rotary Causes. In addition, the Ladies from Grantown Highland Hospice Fund raiser took oin more than £400 from their Tea Tent on the course.

It was a great day which was enjoyed both by volunteers and competitors.

New President, Tony Burley was presented with his chain of office by outgoing president Stewart, McNeish at a Barbeque held in Stewarts garden.

Last year the Club purchased a Shelter Box for use wherever in the world it is required so that no family is without shelter after disaster.

Following their success in the local heat, Grantown came 2nd in the Area Final and will now compete in gthe District Final in Aberdeen
