Also, the Charter and accompanying letter from the R.I. Director Nicky Scott, was shown to them. 

President Robin, Secretary Mike, Alan Reeks, William and Catherine attended this meeting, and the meeting that followed, which was held at the school Assembly. 

The Headteacher read the Charter and the letter from R.I. Director to the Assembly. The Charter was presented to the RotaKids President by President Robin. William gave  a short explanation about the weather station, followed by President Robin presenting the weather stations to  two of the RotaKids members. The  Vice President  of the RotaKids Club explained to the pupils about the Shoebox Scheme and, also, what the pupils in the school's involvement would be, in filling the boxes.

It was a heartwarming experience.
