Induction of Giovanni Cafa into Epsom Rotary

Giovanni was inducted at the meeting of 25th August

Epsom Rotary are proud to introduce our latest member, Giovanni Cafa.

We got to know Giovanni when his partner Mariaelisa joined as a volunteer at the allotment.  Both Giovanni and Mariaelisa have been enjoying attending our informal meetings at the Haywain for quite some time .

We congratulated the couple on the birth of their baby girl a few weeks back and welcomed mother and baby at meeting shortly after the birth!

We were delighted when Giovanni decided to become a member of our Club, even at a time when he must be losing sleep!.

The induction took place at the meeting on 24 August 2023, with our President Tony Axelrod welcoming Giovanni formally to Epsom Rotary. Maggie Rowell who introduced Giovanni forward also saying a few words.

Epsom Rotary have great opportunities for volunteers and welcome anyone to chat about the benefits of volunteering, the projects we are currently involved with and the great community work goes on.

If you are interested to becoming a friend of Epsom Rotary, we would also love to hear from you. Being a friend simply involves being able to attend some of the meetings and getting involved.
