Hello Cardigan Bay Champions!

Uniting for Impact: 

In our pursuit of 21st Century Rotary excellence, we're thrilled to share how our club, Rotary in Cardigan Bay, is reshaping tradition and weaving fellowship, integrity, diversity, service, and leadership into our very DNA. No more old-school formalities; we're embracing a dynamic approach that resonates with the modern world.

Harmony for a Cause: 

Our latest endeavour saw us partnering with local primary schools for a spectacular charity concert. A fantastic nine schools, with more than 500 spirited children, showcased their traditional Welsh singing and dancing. Stay tuned to witness how these little stars are making a big impact as they donate the £450+ raised to help others.

Building Community Resilience: 

Building upon our dedication to community, we're excited to announce an initiative that will see the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) staff relocating to the premises of our beloved Cardigan swimming pool. This strategic move promises to enhance accessibility and opportunities for our community. And there's more - a quiz night extravaganza awaits you at the rugby club this September to raise much needed funds!

Nurturing Young Minds: 

As the new school year approaches, we're gearing up to restart our support for reading, eco-council progression, and the newly reformed Rotakids at Ysgol Gynradd Aberaeron - the youngest branch of the Rotary family. It's a season of learning, growth, and nurturing young leaders!

Breath of Fresh Support: 

The Cardigan Oxygen Therapy Centre is breathing new life into the community. We're on a mission to provide them with much-needed storage space, shelving, and even their own oxygen generator. With this support, the centre can continue its invaluable work, benefiting people with neurological disorders and chronic pain, across West Wales.

Piecing Together Care: 

Jigso is the heart of community support, offering a safe haven for families and children. But dwindling grants threaten its noble mission. We're rallying to sustain Jigso's legacy, ensuring they can keep serving Cardigan and surrounding areas for another triumphant 30 years.
