Epsom Rotary took the opportunity of the Health and Well-being Fair to showcase our work supporting Foodbank and the Forces Veterans. It was a good day's work and we received a lovely letter of thanks from the organisers, Age Concern.
Dear All,
We all had a lovely time today and hope you enjoyed yourselves too. I wanted to send my thanks again for your participation in our first Health & Well-being Fair.
We couldn’t have wished for better weather and, whilst the turn out was a little slow in the morning, it did build throughout the day and feel we had a good turn out overall.
It would be lovely to hear how you felt the day went and it will be useful information going forward when we look to plan future events.
It would be good know things such as:
Did you engage with new people?
Do you feel that you gained new interest / members etc?
For small businesses did you have a good level of customers? Potential new clients?
If you have the time to jot down just a sentence over this next week that would be fantastic.
Any idea of numbers of new interest / engagement would also be really helpful.
Thanks again!
I hope you all have a lovely, relaxing weekend.
Best wishes
Marie Thackwell
