20th Beer Festival

Our 20th Beer Festival will take place from 17th - 19th October 2024

A big THANK YOU from Rainhill Rotary

Rainhill Rotary raised £30,000 at its 19th Beer Festival.

The first Rainhill Rotary Beer Festival was back in 2003 and has grown in popularity over the years.

Today our commitment to ensuring this latest success for the hundreds of real ale enthusiasts who attended, will be matched by the members’ desire for distributing the thousands of pounds collected through our Community Support Fund to help local charities and worthwhile causes over the next 12 months.

Ours many sponsors cannot be thanked enough and they have enabled us to offer 110 beers, 20 lagers & 30 ciders along with a Prosecco bar and wines. There was also a new Gin Bar. Food was available and FREE soft drinks provided by Coca Cola from our Driver’s Bar. Our customers managed to drink over 95% of the beers, most Ciders and all the Lagers.

A special thanks also goes to our many volunteers who helped with the set-up, manning the bars and take down for without their assistance the community event would not have been possible.

To date we have donated nearly £500,000 to local charities and good causes through this and our Christmas Float collections which start in December.

The Club will hold our 20th Festival this year from 17th - 19th October.
