Membership & Public Image Roadshow - Jim Hatter & David McGhee
We are holding a Roadshow in Perth on Wednesday 16th October at North Inch Campus from 6.30pm to 8.30pm to help clubs who want to not only attract but also retain members and increase the effectiveness of their publicity and social media in their communities and beyond. We plan on taking members through the process of recruitment and share good practice and tips on not only gaining new members but also retaining them and ensuring Rotary meets their expectations. We will have discussions and talks led by led by Rotarians experienced in building their clubs.
There will also be a public image session where Steve Rowan, an experienced Public Image expert, will take members through how to promote your club more effectively and create the feeling in your community that Rotary is something people want to join, again participants will be encouraged to share good practice and examine how to best get their clubs success stories into public view in their community. Steve will also share information on the grants available from the District, guidance on the use of Brand Centre & finding out what support you want at Club level.
These sessions are open to all Rotarians but maybe of particular interest to Presidents /Presidents Elect and those members of clubs who have responsibility for membership, publicity and social media.
There is no charge for this event and tea and coffee will be available. If you have any questions then please reach out to David and Jim at david.mcghee1@btopenworld.com or hatmobil22@gmail.com
