01 October 2024 - Veterans Hub
The first of the month falling on a Tuesday saw the meeting of veterans at the Veterans Hub courtesy of 135 Squadron, at Ewell Village.
A good number were present today, all now pretty much good friends and all very much enjoyed each other's company, chatting and catching up with each other over a generous supply of refreshments.
The catchup also involved gathering last minute arrangement for the up and coming Veterans Trip Coach trip to the Poppy Factory in Richmond organised by Barb at Epsom & Ewell RBL and Maggie and Tony from Epsom Rotary.
Thanks also go out to other volunteers who assisted today with lifts and refreshments and Geo 135 Squadron.
