An organisation or company can become a member of a Rotary club, through an established process, and appoint up to four designees as the individuals attending club meetings and serving on projects. 

Many Corporate Members pay for their designees in relation to their Rotary subscriptions, and when this happens the designees can also vote on club matters, serve as club officers and serve on club committees.
