Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation received on or before 5 September 2025 will be eligible for a full refund.
Notice of cancellation received on or after 6 September 2025 will not be eligible for a refund *unless due to serious illness or bereavement ~ see below.
*Cancellations made due to serious illness or bereavement will be given consideration for a full refund providing the illness falls under one of the following categories:
- Hospitalisation
- Operation/Surgery (out or in-patient)
- Chronic Disease deterioration
