THESE FORMS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED BY THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE, AS A NEW SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION TO DISTRICT (MEMBERSHIP CHAIR) HAS BEEN INTRODUCED WHEN YOU CHANGE A MEMBERS DETAILS ON THE DMS.

You will have to use your Rotary International/RotaryGBI member Log-in details
The Database Management System should be used to keep your club membership data up to date - Thank you) - RotaryGBI Directory - Go to www.rotarygbi.org choose link 'For Members'
You will then need to login (It is the same login details that you use for www.rotary.org RI)
Choose 'Club & District Support' then 'Directories'
