This year the title of the lecture is 'The hunt for aliens and their worlds' and will be delivered by astrophysicist Dr Eamonn Kerins, from Jodrell Bank. Eamonn has delivered many lectures to this age group Y9/10 and makes his subject really accessible.

Alsager - Ian Macpherson has been exploring the world's wild places for very many years. His presentation will include stunning photos and anecdotes from his life's travels. This is a night not to be missed by all those who have enjoyed his previous presentations.

Alsager - Wheel Chairs for Africa has the aim of providing wheel chairs to as many disabled people that it can reach. Alsager Rotary purchased two chairs at the October District Conference at Llandudno.

Tameside - Our annual Charity Golf Day @ Werneth Low Golf Club in aid of Willow Wood Hospice. cost for team of 4 including meal only £120. A really good day out.

Crompton & Royton - Our Annual joint event with Crompton & Royton Inner Wheel

Alsager - Shelter Box isa charity that collects rescue packs for disasters and distributes them all around the world when disaster strikes.
Alsager - Shelter Box was displayed for a full day at Freeport Talks , continuing our clubs support for this very worthwhile charity
