Santa's visit to Wickford in 2017
Santa visited Wickford again this year and he was overjoyed to see so many children welcome him
A really great big thank you to all of the people of Wickford for welcoming Santa during his annual visit to the town.
During the course of December he undertook street runs around the town, he met children at the Santa's Grotto at Wickford Town Football Club at Bartlett's Park and met loads of children at the Supermarkets in the town. And we even got an elf to dance!
While the final total isn't yet known it looks as though through the generosity of the people of Wickford, Santa will have collected in the region of £4500, which will go to the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and other Rotary Charities
