Rotary Day Community Meet-up

Visit Arrow Valley Park to see 12,000 crocuses in bloom... They were planted in October, now let's see them flower!

Community Celebration of Successful Crocus Planting

Back in October, 100 people braved the rain and wind to participate in  a mass crocus bulb planting at Arrow Valley Park.

Over 12,000 crocus corms were planted each representing the dye placed on a child's finger following vaccination against the Wild Polio Virus. Global Polio eradication is Rotary's number one project and the fight has almost been won!

February is Rotary's birthday so what could be more fitting than to explore the planting site and celebrate the success locally and globally of this Polio campaign...
