Many clubs are using Zoom for their meetings during the current pandemic crisis. This page contains links to guides on how to use zoom

Using Zoom

District 1240 and many of the clubs in the District are using Zoom meetings or Zoom webinars for their meetings during the current coronavirus pandemic.Further down the page you can find guidance on how to use Zoom and so things to bear in mind when hosting a Zoom meeting - produced by District 1150.

Most District meetings nad webinars require that you register in advance for the session. This is so that we have a record of attendees and can have an idea in advance of the meeting as to the likely number of attendees. When you register for one of these meetings you will receive an email with a link which you can use to join the meeting at the approriate time.

The link to the registration page for each meeting will generally be sent out in advance by the DG, the District secretary or one of the AGs. However if you need the link to register for a specific meeting then you can find all of the District Zoom meeting registration links in the District Members Only section of this website and the title of 'Zoom Registration Pages'
