Ronnie Smith - Awarded Paul Harris Fellowship

Ronnie was awarded the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship.
RONNIE RECOGNISED FOR ALL HER DEDICATION
Members of Epsom Rotary gathered for their pre-plannrd fortnightly meeting at the Haywain Epsom for the usual time of 7-9pm and thanks to our Club Secretary Clive, the meetings are also often zoomed, more for the benefit of those who cannot attend in person. Ronnie Smith is one such member and although has moved a fair distance from Epsom, still very much gets involved with the Club and enjoys catching up at the zoom meetings.
In the chair was Chris Shortt and after making various announcements then posed to make a rather special one presenting Ronnie over zoom with the Fellow Paul Harris Award. Ronnie was quite emotional but everyone agrees this is so very well deserved. Ronnie has been a member of Epsom Rotary since 2017, was President in the Rotary term of 2019-2020 and subsequently Club Secretary and has been behind Rotary in organising many events and promotion. Ronnie has very much also been involved in Rotary Foundation.
A Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who have made a significant impact on their community.
